Fleet Card FAQs:

Can the card be used anywhere?

These cards are accepted at over 95% of fuel stations nationwide; including truck stops.

Are there any hidden fees?

NO! There are no fees:

-no application fee
-no set up fee
-no per card fee
-no transaction fee to use it at certain locations

Can you set spending limits?

Yes! Each card can have its own specific limit, and the limits can vary between cards.

Does the card require odometer readings?

Providing odometer readings is completely optional. If you do decide to opt in, there is NO FEE to use.

Can you control which states the card can be used in?

YES! We can limit the states in which the card can be used, this adds another level of protection from fraud.

Can you control what days/time the card can be used?

YES! We can put limits on when the card can be used so you feel more confident that it isn’t being misused.

Can the cards all have the same PIN?

YES! We offer flexibility to make it easier for you to use. Some customers prefer each driver to have a unique PIN, while others choose to use the same PIN for all drivers.

Can payment be submitted online?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer online payments at this time. Online payments typically involve credit card transactions, which come with merchant fees. Our goal is to provide you with a convenient fleet card that has no fees. However, we do offer a monthly draft option for customers who prefer not to send a check each month.

Will I have access to see my account activity online?

YES! You will have online access to view your account as well as pull reports that your business may need.
